Screen Printing
Create apparel that will last a lifetime. Screen printing allows you to transfer almost any design using plastisol inks that keeps your product ideal for its lifetime. But the list isn’t limited to clothing. We can screen print on just about anything. Stencils can used across a wide variety of products, and they can be stored for later use down the road. Your only real limit is your imagination.
Shirts and hoodies make up the majority of our screen-printing work. We work diligently to ensure that we have the stock needed to complete any order. The current state of our economy may make it difficult to get certain brands on short notice, but we frequently find comparable products with ease. If you are married to a specific brand, we will work tirelessly to get it for you, but please understand that it may delay your project as we wait for stock to come available.
Sublimation
Sometimes a project calls for just a little more detail than screen printing can allow. When that happens, we’ve got you covered. The process of sublimation allows us to print any image and transfer it to a product using heat and pressure. When heat is applied to sublimation ink it permanently bounds to the fabric, creating a stunning, detailed, product that will last. Unlike Screen printing, sublimation allow an image to have shading. This allows you to design more complex and realistic images.
There are some draw backs to sublimation. The ink bounds best with polymers. Meaning polyester or a high poly blend material. Sublimation also works best on lighter apparel.
Sublimation isn’t limited to clothing. There are many unique items that can be created using this method.
